Terms & Conditions of Sale

These conditions govern all purchases made at this online store, operated by Imperatore Adriano [complete: registered business name], NIF [complete], with registered address at [complete], Spain (“the Seller”). Contact: imperatoread@gmail.com. By placing an order you accept these conditions, drafted in accordance with the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, as amended) and Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).
1. Products and prices
All prices shown include VAT (IVA). Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm your order. Product images are as faithful as possible; minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.
2. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed through Shopify's secure checkout. Completing checkout constitutes an order with obligation of payment. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and processed by PCI-DSS certified providers; the Seller never stores your card details. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Delivery
We deliver to the addresses and within the estimated times indicated at checkout. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 days from the order confirmation. If a product becomes unavailable, we will inform you and refund any amounts paid without undue delay.
4. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise it, notify us before the deadline at imperatoread@gmail.com with an unequivocal statement, or use this model form:

We will refund all payments received, including the initial standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of their return. You must send the goods back without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal; the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-measure or clearly personalised garments, or to sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
5. Legal guarantee of conformity (3 years)
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery (arts. 114 et seq. TRLGDCU). If a product is not in conformity, you may choose between repair or replacement and — where those are not possible or proportionate — a price reduction or termination of the contract, all free of charge. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
6. Customer service and complaints
For any query, complaint or claim, write to imperatoread@gmail.com. We will respond as soon as possible and always within one month. Complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available to consumers under the applicable regional regulations.
7. Alternative dispute resolution
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Consumers may still resort to the alternative dispute resolution entities listed by the European Commission at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu, or to the Spanish Consumer Arbitration System (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo), to which the Seller [is / is not] adhered.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
